Unless we say otherwise, all references to C4W in these terms and conditions include all such sites. These terms and conditions do not apply to your use of unaffiliated sites to which any of the C4W sites only link.
Restrictions on Use of Materials
The contents of C4W Sites are protected by copyright and trademark laws, and are the property of their owners. Unless we say otherwise, you may access the materials located within the C4W Sites only for your personal use. This means you may download one copy of posted materials on a single computer for personal, noncommercial home use only, so long as you neither change nor delete any author attribution, trademark, legend or copyright notice. When you download copyrighted material, you do not obtain any ownership rights in that material.
You may not modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, adapt or in any way exploit the content of the C4W Sites. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions of use please discontinue the use of this site. Connections for Women reserves the right to change, modify, add and/or remove any portion of these terms of use. It is your responsibility as the user to check for changes within the Term of Use.
Connections for Women, LLC owns all rights, title and interest in and to www.connectonsforwomen.com and it's content. It is protected by copyright, trademark and unfair competition laws.
Permitted Use
The Connections for Women website is for your personal and non-commercial use. You agree that you will not use the website and it's content by duplicating, downloading, publishing, modifying or distributing any material from the site for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise without the consent of Connections for Women in writing.
Privacy Policy

User Conduct
You agree that you will follow the guidelines set forth in the Connections for Women Privacy Policy. You may not use any password mining, spiders, robots or any other automated devices or programs to download, reproduce content or interfere with the security and integrity of the website. You agree to not participate in deep linking within Connectionsforwomen.com.
Interactive Portions of the Site
Connections for Women is not responsible for material that appears in the interactive portions of the website, i.e. comments, message boards, chats. We do retain the right to monitor and remove material that we consider unacceptable to the wellbeing of our membership and the website.
Purchases
The products available for purchase on Connectionsforwomen.com are provided "as is" and without warranties. Connections for Women, LLC is not held responsible for third party materials and products sold on the site. You as the purchaser will go directly to the third party for any concerns. All products purchased at connectionsforwomen.com will be shipped within 10 business days. Products out of stock will be specified with future dates available.
Refund Policy
Membership Fee
Basic membership is free to any viewer of the site. The platinum membership is non-refundable.
Licenses
Connections for Women, LLC offers license rights to local pages for parties interested. A fee will be included in this agreement. Connections For Women, LLC will follow the guidelines stipulated by the state of Arizona including a period of do diligence. Once this period is completed the license fee is non-refundable.
Products
Connections for Women, LLC will refund the money spent on an item that is received damaged or flawed. We will pay shipping on return items sent in error by the staff at Connections for Women, LLC. Refunds will be processed within four weeks of receipt of returned item. We will notify you via email when your request has been received and processed including the method of refund. It is the policy of Connections for Women, LLC to handle refunds by check. Connections for Women, LLC is not held responsible for third party materials and products sold on the site. You as the purchaser will contact the third party for any concerns, disputes or refund for faulty merchandise. Such merchandise will be easily identified as a third party product with the necessary information displayed on the site for you the purchaser.
Advertisements
Connections for Women, LLC offers a unique opportunity for individuals and businesses to place ads on this site. See Advertising for full details. Once a contract, ad and payment are received, the contract with Connections fFor Women, LLC is in effect. The fee is non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution
Every member of Connections for Women has the right to dispute resolution. Any concern will be addressed within 1-2 business days. Resolution will occur as determined by the nature of the concern. You will contact Disputeresolution@connectionsforwomen.com. It is your responsibility to communicate the dispute clearly giving all contact information to aide our staff in the resolution process.
Membership
Connections for Women reserves the right to charge fees and surcharges and/or membership fees for any service or content currently provided for free.
Disclaimers
The information contained in or made available through the C4W Sites cannot replace the services of a trained professional in any fields, including but not limited to health, financial and legal matters. C4W and our affiliates/partners make no representations or any warranties concerning any content or product within connectionsforwomen.com. We will not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage that may result from the use of or the inability to use the C4W Sites and with any products, information or services received through C4W including but not limited to loss, injury, illness or death.
At no time will Connections for Women liability to you in connection with the services, content or product within the site exceed the amount paid by you to Connectionsforwomen.com during any period preceding the event that gave rise to the liability.
The terms and conditions of use are binding. Using the connectionsforwomen.com website indicates acceptance of these terms.

These terms and conditions apply only to C4W Sites, and not to the sites of any other companies or organizations, including those to which any of the Sites may link. We are not responsible for the availability of any other site to which any of the Sites links. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the contents, advertising, products or other materials made available through any other site. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to you in connection with your use of, or reliance on, any content, goods or services available on any other site. We welcome your comments about any of the C4W Sites. However, unless there is a specific submissions policy, we will not review or consider any unsolicited creative submissions. We hope you will understand that this policy is intended to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings in the event that projects developed by our professional staff might seem to others to be similar to their own creative work. Accordingly, we must ask that you not send us any original creative ideas, suggestions or materials. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to these terms will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arizona Arbitration Association and will be arbitrated in Tucson, Arizona. If any of these terms and conditions are found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining terms and conditions, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter it contains. This agreement may be modified only by our posting of changes to these terms and conditions, or by a writing signed by both parties.

C4W House Exchange Connections does not verify the existence or content of any property and does not guarantee an exchange of any kind. C4W House Exchange Connections is not responsible for the accuracy of the home listings or the actions of members, and claims no responsibility for the accuracy, content, or availability of information accessed or linked to through use of this service. Members may not use any content from this site for any solicitations, or for any commercial use. Data mining of information from this site, and collecting or storing personal information about members, is prohibited. Members are restricted to making a maximum of 25 new exchange contacts by email in any one year. Any violation of these restrictions will result in cancellation of membership.
Connections for Women Platinum Members availing themselves of the C4W House Exchange Connection are obligated to adhere to the following standards of behavior.
1. My house will be left for a C4W exchange member in a clean, orderly condition. Beds will be made up and bathrooms stocked with clean towels and toilet paper. Any restrictions on the use of bathroom facilities based on peculiarities of plumbing will be clearly posted.
2. On vacating an exchange property I will leave the home in a clean , orderly conditions and follow any specific instructions left by the owner.
3. I will notify my exchange partner in writing or by telephone of any damage and offer to repair or replace damaged items.
4. I will regard a finalized agreement to exchange as a binding agreement and fulfill my obligations to my exchange partner. Canceling or exchanging dates will only be under the most extreme circumstances and I will do all within my power to work with my exchange partner to arrive at a mutually agreeable resolution.
5. Unless a prior agreement has been reached with my exchange partner, I will replace any basic pantry and household items that I have used during my stay.
6. I will treat my exchange partner's home and belongings as I would treat my own, and expect them to do the same.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Use of the C4W Home Exchange Connection web site and any information obtained from that site is at your sole risk. Connections for Women LLC makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the listings on the site or any other information contained on the site, including, but not limited to, accuracy and non-infringement. You agree that Connections for Women LLC shall have no responsibility or liability for any direct or indirect injury or damages arising in connection with your use of C4W Home Exchange Connection registry, including without limitation any physical injury suffered on any listed property or by the negligence of any Connections for Women LLC member or other persons on the property with the member. Connections for Women LLC will not be liable for any damage to a listed property nor for any lost profits, losses, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any claim against Connections for Women LLC by any other party.
Indemnity

Right of Connections for Women LLC to terminate an agreement:
If any information provided by a member is found to be grossly misrepresented, or should the member's listing(s) or actions be in violation of any law or any provision of this agreement, Connections for Women LLC reserves the right to remove, at its discretion, the members' listing(s) at any time, and/or to terminate the member's access to the web site, without refund. Connections For Women LLC may also terminate any listing or membership at any time for any other reason or for no reason at all at Connections for Women LLC sole discretion, in which case the member will be entitled only to a pro rata refund of any fee paid.
Right of member to terminate
Members may terminate their C4W House Exchange Connection listing at any time by contacting Customer Service. Subject line in e mail to read: Voluntary Termination of Listing. Membership refunds will not be given when members terminate their listings or accounts.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions of service constitute the entire agreement between you and Connections for Women LLC, and supercede any and all prior agreements, whether oral or written, except as expressly provided. This Agreement may not be modified, supplemented, or changed, and no provision herein may be deemed waived, in whole or in part, except by a written instrument. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of use is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions shall remain in force.
